Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Power Offer Consultants. If you want to ask us anything in this policy, or exercise any of the rights below, reply to the message or email that brought you to this page and it will reach us.
What we collect
Nothing, through this site. There is nowhere on this page to enter personal information: no form, no booking calendar, no comment box. You can read everything here and watch every video without telling us anything about yourself.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and no payment is taken here.
Our own website does not run analytics software, an advertising pixel or a tag manager. We do not build a behavioral profile of you from your visit.
Third parties who receive information
The videos on this site are hosted by Wistia. When a video loads or plays, Wistia receives technical information from your browser and may set cookies to measure whether the video was watched.
The site itself is hosted by Vercel, who process standard server request information in order to serve the pages to you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above who need it to run this website.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. The Wistia video player may set its own cookies when you play a video. Your browser settings control whether you accept these, and blocking them will not stop you reading the site, though it may stop a video from remembering your progress.
Why we hold your information, and for how long
This site itself gives us nothing to hold. If you have shared your details with us another way, for example by replying to one of our messages or booking a call with us, we hold them so that we can have the conversation you asked for and follow up on it. We keep them for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep our own business records. When neither applies any more, we delete them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch the way described in the first section and we will act on it. We do not make you prove a legal right before we will do any of them.
Some places give you further rights on top of those, and if you are somewhere that does, we will honor them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
